Detailed information about shipping is provided for each product listing.

Original art is ready to ship when you order. It will take 1-2 business days to prepare your shipment of original art.

Merchandise (i.e., items that are not original art and must be printed, such as stationery and accessories) take approximately 7-10 business days for printing and are then shipped via expedited parcel (Canada Post or similar carrier). 

Art supplies (i.e., ephemera bundles) are ready to ship when you order. It will take 1-2 business days to arrange shipping. 

Shipping times for all of the above are typically 5 business days, but are dependent upon location.

Shipping to Canada is a flat rate based on purchase:

Up to $44.99 is FREE

$45 - $99.99 is $10.00 CAD

$100-$150.00 is $18.00 CAD

Shipping to the US is also a flat rate based on purchase:

Up to $44.99 is FREE

$45 - $99.99 is $15.00 CAD

$100-$150.00 is $22.00 CAD

All items are shipped by Canada Post. Items $45 and up are shipped expedited parcel (with tracking and insurance).

Larger paintings are available on occasion. Shipping is priced individually for these items. Shipping information is provided directly in the description for these product listings.

Please contact me via email if purchasing over $150.00 in items before purchasing to receive shipping costs. Because there is tremendous variation in the size and weight of items such as paintings, shipping for large purchases are calculated on a case by case basis.

digital downloads

Your file will be available to you after payment is confirmed. A link to the download will appear on your screen.

Also, you will automatically be emailed a download link for you to save the file. It may be easiest to save the file to your computer, rather than your phone.

Once you save the file (check your downloads folder if you can’t find it), you can either print at home or send to a printer or even an office supply store, such as Staples.

If printing at home, you might choose to print on different types of paper for varied effects, but be careful doing so. I am not responsible for any printing “accidents” or damage to your printer.

Shipping outside of Canada and the US is not included in the cost of any item, except digital downloads, given the wide variation in shipping rates to various countries, as well as the size/weight of items available. Please contact me ( for an estimate before purchasing.

For international sales, any taxes, custom duties and fees that may occur in the receiving country are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to learn more about the rules in your country, you can contact your local customs authority.


Like many artists, I don't accept returns on original art, but please contact me via email at if you have any issues. My many testimonials show that all of my collectors have been happy with their purchases so you can feel confident purchasing my original art. If you are unsure about an item, please contact me before purchasing. I can send additional photos and video to ensure you are happy with your purchase of original art.

All original art is packaged according to gallery standards (e.g., with padding, in sturdy boxes, etc.) so it will arrive to you safely. On the off chance that a painting is damaged, please contact me via email with photos of the damage within 7 days of its arrival. We can then arrange for repair or replacement. The same policy applies to art supplies (i.e., ephemera bundles).

Other items (e.g., stationery) may be returned for a replacement from the printer if they are damaged in shipping or otherwise defective. To receive a replacement, you must email me clear photos of the issue as well as a description of the problem within 7 days of receiving the defective item. I will then request a replacement from the printer. Items will be replaced within a month of receiving the request, but please be aware that processing and production times must be factored into your return request.

No refunds are available for digital files. If you have an issue with the digital file, please contact me and I will resend your file if needed.
